The outlawing of experiments by mainstream science if they might lead to heretical results.

These experiments will not be done; http://www.ivorcatt.com/585.htm

No accredited expert must do an experiment, or comment on an experiment in electromagnetism, if the results might lead in a heretical direction. http://www.ivorcatt.co.uk/x6611.htm .

Three experiments, done by Tony Wakefield in Australia, led to heretical results. They are

Wakefield 1, which was conducted in around 2011, Wakefield 2, Wakefield 3..

Prior to being conducted, Nobel prize winner Professor Brian Josephson said that the Wakefield 1 results predicted by Catt would come within the ambit of classical electromagnetism, which they do not. After it was done, http://www.ivorcatt.co.uk/x343.pdf , no expert in the world, including Josephson, would comment on the results. As Catt predicted, the results could not be published in any peer reviewed journal.

All the 20 accredited experts in the world who were approached have refused to comment on Wakefield 1 and then refused to comment on 2. http://www.ivorcatt.co.uk/x344.htm . They have not yet been approached over Wakefield 3, which presents even more difficulty when trying to marry it with classical electromagnetism. The only comment so far on W3 is by Nobel prize winner Professor Brian Josephson; "I'm going to stop wasting my time on this unprofitable discussion quite soon.  You lot are just blundering from misconception to misconception." – Brian Josephson

[re W1 and W2] Moving a uniform field at a non-zero velocity leads to no detectable changes, in the same way that you can have unchanging uniform density in a gas even though changes propagate at the speed of sound.  It's exactly the same situation.  I'm going to stop wasting my time on this unprofitable discussion quite soon.  You lot are just blundering from misconception to misconception. - Brian

To explain the experimental results, it is necessary to step outside classical electromagnetism, with its assertion that a charged capacitor has a stationary electric field. No explanations have been offered within that framework (or rather, no explanation has been offered at all). If however a charged capacitor contains, not electric field, but ExH Heaviside/Poynting vector or Energy Current, half travelling to the left at the speed of light and the other half to the right, the experimental results are fully explained. The casualty is classical electromagnetism.
