Overview
A physical theory is a model of physical events. It is judged
by the extent to which its predictions agree with empirical observations. The quality of a
physical theory is also judged on its ability to make new predictions which can
be verified by new observations.

This takes us to Wakefield 3. Charge a length of coaxial cable. Short it at one end.
Monitor the mid point (for, say, 100nsec). Catt
(England) and Davidson (USA) have predicted the results and reported their
confidential predictions to Wakefield (Australia). Wakefield has conducted the
experiment, and not told Catt and Davidson the result.
Three Italians, purporting to be expert, have published three peer
reviewed articles 1 , 2 , 3
on this subject defaming Catt (“Catt probably misinterprets the concepts of charge and field.”). They are
Professors Giuseppe Pelosi (Associate Editor), Professor Massimiliano
Pieraccini, Professor Stefano Selleri, all of Florence University. Examples of

They are probably incapable of doing the experiment Wakefield 3 , and also incapable
of predicting the results.
Should any of them deliver prediction and/or experimental results, they will
be added to this web page with an apology. However, they will fail to explain
the results within the framework of classical electromagnetic theory, repeating
the failure for Wakefield 1
and 2.
