I'd like Ior to ut a 'riposte', ie link, to my site big-lies.org where he makes ignorant claims, phrases being tyically 'anti-semitism' and 'holocaust denier'. Thanks. I don't expect anyone on his site to have any awareness of the real issues, but at least the few stray visitors could be warned

I think Raeto West's brilliant research into many many subjects is being ignored. gmail threads have hidden Rae's email saying he would cease communication with me because I was too stupid and uninformed. Perhaps he would kindly break his silence and send another copy to all of us - send another copy of his Final Notice.

This misrepresents [R] or Riposte, which is;

Obviously someone wanting to Riposte is the only person capable of saying where he wants to riposte.

I introduced [R] or [Riposte] 20 years ago or when the www came into being. With Rae’s intervention, I realised that two of my specialities were involved. http://www.ivorcatt.com/3600.htm ; http://www.ivorcatt.co.uk/8a7.htm However only at 5am this morning did I consider the special case of Rae West. He approached me a few hours ago.

The version I introduced 20 years ago generated no comment, with only two [R] requests in the next 20 years. Thus, my suspicion that there would be little response justifies my making the idea as simple as possible.

20 years ago I realised that some www pages (e.g. West) might generate a flood of ripostes. So in that case the webmaster would insert the [R]* as requested, which would hyperlink to the list of the actual ripostes.

In special cases such as Rae West, he would be justified if in this interim point * between his web page objected to (or praised) and his page in question he would state that he had limited the number of ripostes to be accepted to, say, 100.

I value his interest in [R]. No one else has expressed interest. The final objective was for government papers on the www to allow [R], so that the voter could enter into dialogue with his government. That would massively enhance democracy. However, spamming such as Rae and climate change “denuers” or HIV/AIDS “deniers” will have to be dealt with, and they can be, with the help of communication experts such as Rae. We have to bear in mind what Holt said. – IC

Rae could put a second hyperlink to one of his opponents, and tell the new opponent to go to the other opponent’s www address. That way, a community of his opponents (and another of those who praise him) could develop. I now realise that he should hyperlink to two groups – supporters and opponents. All this would be reached via a single [R] on his www page in question.

Although I bear in mind the Holt thesis, http://www.ivorcatt.co.uk/x0605.htm , at the very least we must try this programme, if only to find out that the anti-communication party have the upper hand. I see no reason why censorship should outstrip those in favour of free speech, or dialogue. This should be tested.

10am. At last I realise that Rae wants me to use [R] to promote his website, rather than to correct something in my website. Admittedly I do not praise his website, because I need to distance myself from anti-semitism, which I don’t understand. His other stuff is good.

I cannot find his recent email calling me ignorant and stupid or some such, and have asked him to send it to me again, to no avail.

There's no 'riposte' link by your paragraph supposedly about me. All I'm requesting is a link to my site, which has material so far outside your range that there's clearly no point in addressing it. I include realism about so-called 'Jews', and nuclear energy - the latter being something which ought to be within the compass of the 'Natural Philosophy Alliance', if it still exists.

It's up to you to include a riposte (and note that being 'next to' a paragraph is not clearly defined).

If you don't, I'll have to add a comment that your insistence that you will add a riposte link turns out not to be true.
