Decades ago I should have realised that talking to people like you
is talking at cross purposes. You publish perhaps five articles per year for
say 40 years, and so say there is no censorship. That is true, because you
write and publish within the canon.
I am
unable to publish, because I consistently try to publish outside the canon.
That is, I always have something important to say which threatens the canon. In
contrast, you are a creature of the canon, and reinforce, or decorate it.

It is
easy to prove this thesis.
From your
enormous number of published articles, please choose the article which is
most damaging to what is always taught in schools, universities, text books and
lecture notes. You will probably not be able to produce one such article.
Now look
among peer (consensus) reviewed articles and books published by Catt, and
give us an example of an article or chapter which does not call for a change in
what is taught in schools or colleges. You will not find one example. Also,
please tell us which articles in this series http://www.ivorcatt.co.uk/x18j1.htm were correctly not accepted for
publication in peer reviewed journals.

which does not call for a change .... " is pivotal. Someone like Tony
Davies can decorate the canon, adding material, another chapter to the text
book. But he will not, cannot, call for the removal of a chapter.
The
situation is complicated by the massive amount of non-peer reviewed articles
and books published by Catt, with censorship only by alternate editors.
