Dear Anthony VenGraitis,

“You may send me the details of the plagiarism complaint. Please send copies of the relevant papers as well. Best regards Tony [VenGraiktis]”

http://www.ivorcatt.co.uk/96582.htm probably covers what you asked for.

In 1980 I published that a static DC voltage was not static.

http://www.ivorcatt.co.uk/9658.jpg is from http://www.ivorcatt.co.uk/x18j86.pdf . “Any apparently steady field is a combination of two energy currents travelling in opposite directions .... ”

Thirteen years later Professor Ching-Wen Hsue, Fellow of the IEEE, published; “A static dc voltage can be treated as two travelling waves propagating in opposite directions .... “ He did not cite me at the end of his paper.

He never replies when I write to him.

I would like to raise a separate issue with you. It is important that the IEEE publish the recent experimental proof that “A static dc voltage is not static.” http://www.ivorcatt.co.uk/965.htm . I have had persistent non-cooperation from Professor Lombardi, Editor, IEEE Transactions on Computers, and Dr. Calder, Editor, ProcIEEE for a number of years. http://www.ivorcatt.co.uk/x121.htm . Do you know of a way around this logjam?
