With the sine wave out of the way, replaced by the pulse or the step, problems for electricity’s performance become clear. First , in 1982, we found electric charge had to travel at the speed of light, thus gaining infinite mass. Then , in 2011, we found two electric currents travelling in opposite directions down the same conductor. See 1 , 2 .
